This Gorkhali-inspired belt (often referred to as a patuka in a modern utility context) combines traditional Nepalese aesthetic elements with contemporary functional design. It features a bold, deep maroon (burgundy), emerald green, and black base, a colour deeply rooted in Himalayan culture and traditional attire Daura Surwal.
Material: The main strap is crafted from a heavy-duty, ribbed textile webbing, offering durability and a rugged, tactical feel.
Utility Pouches: It includes a prominent, bright yellow leather pouch on the right side, secured with metal studs. This provides a striking colour contrast—maroon and yellow are a classic combination often seen in Buddhist iconography and Himalayan textiles.
Storage: The left side features a vertical zippered pocket integrated directly into the strap, accented with yellow leather trim, perfect for small essentials.
